PARKING: Advanced Parking has now sold out for 2022. There is a limited amount of parking available on the gate, or have a look at this page for alternatives in Windsor. Disabled Parking has also sold out in advance – there are no more spaces in the Disabled Car Park; however, please speak to our Stewards as you enter the Car Park who will park you as close to the front of the Car Park as they can. There is ramp access from the Car Park to the Showground.
PICNICS: Please note, we do not encourage picnics on the Showground. Food may be brought in for young children or for those with food allergies or for medical reasons.
DRESS CODE: There is no set dress code for the Platinum Jubilee Celebration for General Entry ticket holders, although we remind visitors it is a greenfield site and footing may be variable, and the weather in May is very changeable!

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TICKET: Our team here will forward your message on to the Box Office and ask for your ticket to be resent to your email. Please check your junk and spam folders from an email from myorder@theticketfactory.com. If you are unable to receive emails for any reason, please take your name and order number to the Box Office on arrival who will be able to reprint your tickets on site.
ACCESS: Your ticket lets you enter the Showground from 3pm. Should you wish to leave for any reason, please ensure you get a stamp from the staff on the doors to ensure you can re-enter.
The Platinum Jubilee Celebration takes place in the private grounds of Windsor Castle on the same site that is used by Royal Windsor Horse Show during the day. Visitors to the Celebration may enter the showground from 3pm and enjoy an afternoon at the Horse Show.
There are plenty of Bars, Cafes and Shops to enjoy in the showground.
Visitors will be asked to take their seat at 8.15pm before the royal arrival at 8.45pm. The Show will last 90 minutes, finishing around 10.15pm.
Below is a map of Royal Windsor Horse Show (click to enlarge); the Platinum Jubilee Celebration takes place in the main Castle Arena in the evenings after the Horse Show is finished. The shops, bars and cafes will continue to be open up to the start of the Celebration, so why not come along early and enjoy these special grounds before taking your seat for the Celebration?

Windsor & Eton Central Station is approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the entrance to the Show and is served by Great Western Railway allowing travel via Slough from London Paddington in the east and from destinations across the South West and Wales.

Windsor & Eton Riverside Station is approximately a five-minute walk from the entrance to the Show and is served by South Western Railways allowing travel from London Waterloo in the east and many towns in the south and west via Staines.
We advise checking National Rail for train times before you travel.
The nearest motorways to the showground are the M4, M25 and M3. AA signage will direct you to available car parks outside the Showground.
Travelling from the South and West
Please use the A303 /M3 (J3) as opposed to the M4 (J6) wherever possible, thus avoiding Windsor Town Centre.
Travelling from the M4 Maidenhead (J7/8) and Slough (J6)
Follow the AA signs to the Show Car Park.
Travelling from the M3 (J3)
Designated routes will direct you via Ascot, Windsor Great Park and Datchet to the Show Car Park.
Travelling from the North and East
Please approach via the M25 (J13) or M4 (J5) at Colnbrook. Designated routes will direct you via Datchet to the Show Car Park.
Pre-bookable parking for the Platinum Jubilee Celebration is now sold out. There will be limited parking available for those arriving and parking is £10 (cash).
Parking is on grass and is around a 5- to 10-minute walk to the Showground itself.
The Platinum Jubilee Celebration welcomes disabled visitors and we make every effort to accommodate their needs. However, the Show takes place in the private grounds of Windsor Castle, which is a greenfield site, so please be aware that some surfaces are uneven.

All Platinum Jubilee Celebration ticket holders will be able to come into Royal Windsor Horse Show from 3pm onwards and enjoy the extensive Shopping Village. Featuring many boutique shops alongside much-loved brands, and with new companies arriving every year, you are sure to find something which takes your fancy.
The shopping is divided into four areas, making it easy to find what you are looking for. These include the Horse & Rider zone, Country Lifestyle & Living, the Jewellery & Fashion Quarter and the Windsor Food Court. There are also many cafés, bars, restaurants and food outlets where you can pick up something tasty.

Show Information
The Show Information stand can be found at the entrance to the Shopping Village and can answer any queries which you have about your evening at The Platinum Jubilee Celebration. There are also many maps around the Showground to help you find your way around.
Where to Eat
The Show offers plenty of catering outlets, bars and cafés for all of our visitors to enjoy. Further information will be available here nearer the time of your visit.
Toilets
Toilets and disabled toilet facilities are all available across the Showground. Baby-changing facilities can be found in the disabled toilets.
Buggies
Buggies are able to access the Showground, although please be aware that some areas are grassy and not on hard standing. Buggies are not allowed into the grandstands but can be left at the entrances at your own risk.
This show is not recommended for young children.
Smoking and vaping is not permitted in structures or portable buildings, including the seating or shopping areas. The Platinum Jubilee Celebration is an open-air site.
Please be aware that bag searches will be in operation, so we advise leaving an extra 15 minutes to enter the venue and go through security. This is for the safety of all our visitors and staff and we thank you for your understanding.
Food is not permitted in the arena at any time. Drinks are permitted in plastic containers but glass is prohibited at all times. To avoid disrupting other visitors and the performers, please refrain from moving in and out of seating once the performance has started.
Flash photography at The Platinum Jubilee Celebration is prohibited and camera lenses must not exceed 200mm as this can obscure the view of other guests.
